Family camping is located in the same field as general camping, but is closer to the toilet and shower facilities.

Motorhomes and caravans are permitted, but there is limited space on the event site. Camper van conversions, such as Ford Transits and VW Transporters, are permitted to park in the camping field, but we are restricting vans more than 5.2m in total length to parking on the field. If your van is larger than this, we have to class them as motorhomes, so please see below:

Motorhomes and caravans have two spots to choose from when attending the festival;

8 x spaces without water, but located next to the camp site, or 12 x spaces with water and electrical hook-up next to the Glentress Forest Lodges.

To book a space without water and electricity, there is no charge, but you'll need to email us in advance. These will be first-come, first-served, and you'll need to notify us of your desired time of arrival - so please give as much notice as possible.

To book a space with water and electricity, there will be a charge. We do not own these spaces, but are merely a middle-entity between the site owner and yourselves. Please contact Glentress Forest Lodges to book.

There is no charge for parking over the weekend, as it is included in your ticket price of £15.00. As stated above, the parking site is located next to the camping field. Any possessions left in a vehicle are left entirely at the owner’s risk. We suggest that no items are left so that they are visible from the outside of the vehicle. We are not liable for any theft by third parties from your vehicle.

Provisions have been put in place should your vehicle get stuck in the car park/camp site.

If you don't fancy camping, there are a wealth of hotels and AirBnB's within 5 - 10 minutes of the event site, and cater for all budgets. Please be aware that if you are staying outside of the event site, the festival arena will be open from 08:00 - 23:30.
